I think it would be quite useful. Some thoughts:

What about items that turn out to not be bugs at all? There could be a flag that would denote it as such, or perhaps the entry would be deleted entirely. I suppose this would require some effort on the part of UT administration to maintain.

It would be nice if a search in the message area would also search this knowledgebase. This probably should be its own Task Tracker entry; I think it would be nice if folks could do a global search, which returns results from the Messages, FAQs, Downloads, API Section, and this new KB.

We could shorten the name of the Task Tracker to Tasker. Has a certain ring to it, huh? <g>
