I've been doing some testing with .Net Web Services on my home machine. When someone logged in to my FTP server and started downloading files, IIS stopped responding to .asmx requests. VS .Net also had problems opening and creating ASP.Net Web Service projects. Localstart.asp was still served up as expected.

My machine is Win2K Pro, but is not dedicated to development, so the problem may very well be related to my system. But I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem before.
