If you get ORCA (made by Microsoft, comes with the Platform SDK) - it lets you manually edit the .MSI table, and in 2 seconds you have it.
You need to use something like Visual Studio Installer or something that uses the Windows Installer Technology and creates .MSI files...in other words this trick wont work with the old Visual Foxpro Setup Wizard gizmo.
