>I assume that when you use it wireless you check the option to use the handheld format, correct?

Actually, no. I think the Wireless option was implemented exactly the opposite as it should have been. If I remeber right Wireless doesn't show you the top toolbar, but shows you all the new messages.

I'm interested in knowing what Use Cases did you put together for a wireless uesr? There are two wireless users that I can think of. Those who have too much time (so they kill it be "playing" with wireless) and those who don't have enough time (so they optimize it by utilitzing wireless).

The ones who don't have enough time that log into the UT are ONLY going to be concerned about what is currentl in the top toolbar (which, ironically, is the piece you cut out). The use case would be, they want to see their replies, private messages, and agent messages quickly and easily, and they should be able to respond if they want to respond. Another Use Case might be to do some searches to get specific information on the run.

The current wireless layout cators only to the users who have too much time for surfing, reading messages, ect.

A cool layout for WIreless users woudl be:

===
Read My Replies (12 new replies)
Read My Agent
Read My Private Messages
Compose a new thread
Search Messages
Search Users
Read New Messages
===

Notice how reading new messages is at the bottom? You should put alot of thought into what wireless users will do with your system.

>Also, what info would you like to appear on that wireless login version page other than the login?

Something like:

===
UT Login:
UserName textbox
PassWord texbox
Enter Button

Other Sections:
News
FAQS
Downloads
====

That would work best.

If you ever start to put some real effort into the Wireless portion of the UT, I'd be glad to help test, give you my thoughts, or do some consulting.
