I have found a little utility that actually forces the OS to flush it buffers. In my testing, this solves the problem. Now, I will need to implement a timer to call this utility every x minutes. Ideally, I'd love to figure out how to open tables in "Write-Through" mode...

You can find the sync.exe out on the net. Make sure you get the windows version, not the UNIX one.
