I know that Home Shopping Networks web site's team has migrated some of there site to ASP.NET. Actually, there is a Web based 'tv' show on MS's web site that interviews three companies that were early adopters.

I am pretty sure it was on, the .Net show, but I can't find the specific episode. http://msdn.microsoft.com/theshow/
