I am having trouble with the Setup Wizard similar to that discussed in the topic 'Setup Error 280.' My error message is 'Setup Error 799', 'Object 42', 'Tour Setup files may be damaged. Try restarting the Setup program.'

I've had a similar problem before, but can't remember if the error and object numbers are the same. That time, deleting the vfp\distrib directory seemed to force whatever was damaged to be rebuilt or recompressed.

By the way, I have upgraded the setup wizard from the VFP web site... it didn't help.

This has me baffled.
