I'm trying to implement an embedded Vb-application on an iPaq3600. Having trouble to communicate with the Nokia Cardphone2.0 that is connected through the pcmcia expansion slot.
I'm using the MS Comm Control and I have no problem to send a SMS using the AT-command +CMGS. However, when I try to use the CMGR or the CMNI to receive messages I get no answer. In fact I don't ever get any ComEvReceived whatsoever. The RThreashold property is set to 1 so it should generate an event each time there is data in the receieve buffer, but nothing ever happens.
I'm not sure if it's the CardPhone or the Comm control that is the problem. Any help appreciated...
