You can use framework working with IIS (like west wind ...) or you can use directly some VFP Web Server written which allows you working with your database and managing you web site in same time.

Have a look at http://www.eetasoft.ee/ewebserv.htm and you'll see as it could be easy. I've done my own one which is eetasoft based but with other socket component and it's working fine and fast.
