You can do this via the API. I wrote an article on the subject ("Use Windows to Create Windows", FoxPro Advisor, August, 1998). If you have a copy of this issue, you might want to look at it. Among other things, it shows how to do exactly this. There are a couple of problems, however. First, you can only display the icon as 16x16. Second, because VFP doesn't "know" about the image, it can be difficult to keep it displayed correctly.
