Ditto on that Midwest location. I'd also suggest a smaller venue than Chicago or Indy. Food, lodging and other expenses sometimes double the cost of the class.

In Springfield, IL you could have the class at a hotel that was $49.00 a night, eat for $20 a day and still have different things to do.
