Since yesterday I've been getting reports on weird things at our site. It turned out to be win32.Klez worm. First I'd eliminate the possibility.
Check your registry :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\Microsoft windows\CurrentVersion\Run
if there is one with WinK[randomchars]
or :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\CurrentControlSet\Services\Wink[randomchars]

then check symantec site.
