When the chip manufacturers are rating chips, they just benchmark the ones that come off the line, and throw them into the rated brackets. So if 150 MhZ chips consistently cause the memory problem with FPW, there is no reason that a 133 chip wouldn't
also.

To eliminate the possibility of speed problems, I turned off the system cache.
This did not correct the problem.
