In my company, we had some trouble too - we had a virus (a new one, first discovered on Apr. 17). When it turned out the virus (worm, actually) not only mass-mailed but also copied itself to shared network folders, a complete quarantine was imposed: both the (Linux) internet server and the (separate, WinNT) network server were shut off until further notice. The quarantine was maintained Thursday and Friday, and might continue on Monday - depending on when the virus will be stopped.
Hilmar.
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
