There're no such files provided with VFP because all menus're defined internaly. You can 'export' the existing Visual FoxPro menu system, by using the Quick Menu feature in the CREATE/MODIFY MENU command. However this menu doesn't include VFP command specific menus, like Format, Class, Form, Report, Table and so on.
