You are aware, I hope, that this sort of viruses sends e-mails without user intervention - once the machine is infected. So you might get one from me anyway - although I don't think that my machine is infected.
Nor are you in my address book - but on the other hand, the virus searches in many different places for adresses - including Word and Excel documents.
Finally, if you didn't install the latest security updates, you don't even nead to open the attachment to get infected - there is some security flaw in Outlook and Outlook express that allows certain (attached) code to be executed when you only look at an e-mail. This is possible through the wonder of HTML-based e-mail.
