I don't have VFP 3 in hands now, but if Container in not on the FormControls toolbar, then try to get it through New Class dialog (click on New button in Project manager wnen you are in the Class tab, or select menu/File/New/Class, you should be able to find it in New Class dialog in Based On combobox.
