When I try to create a Web Control Library from VS.Net all I can get is a Windows Controls Library.

Try this:

Create an empty solution
Add a Web Control Library to the solution
Try to add an object to the new Web Control Library. All you choices will be Windows objects, not Web objects.

How can I create a Web Control Library vis VS.Net?
