Is this a company you did work for? I've been writing software for over 20 years now, and I've never known any software product to be free of all known bugs. Bugs are classified according to their level of annoyance. The less significant ones are shelved if the shipping date approaches. I have always worked to kill every known show-stopper bug, but every piece of software I've ever written has always had something in it that I'd like to change.

That is the nature of being a human being. Things happen, life is imperfect, get at peace with it.
