She will be much-much productive with laptop and projector. If you can afford to hire it I’m sure that you will supply with them. But if she will be contract sales representative you have two choices:
- First to give her higher % commission in exchange of her investment in laptop and projector
- Second to give her the same commission as competition and she to use your firms’ laptop and projector.
Everything depend if you like to attract her you will offer the same or better conditions, if you need not her we will offer as less as possible. The choice will be hers'
