If you read my message carefully, you would see that I clearly stated "Microsoft has no plans for any additional updates of Visual FoxPro 7.0 such as a SP2 (Service Pack 2)." The word that should be highlighted is "planned". That is not to say Microsoft will never update VFP 7.0 with a service pack. What is being stated is that because VFP 7.0 combined with SP1 is so stable, we have decided that focus on developing Toledo and releasing it sooner than later is a better decision for customers rather than delaying Toledo longer than planned for another service pack for VFP 7.0. Microsoft fully supports VFP 7.0 for at least 3 years or 2 versions later just like other Microsoft products. This is a standard in product support at Microsoft so product support is no less for VFP than another other product. But note that product support is not the same as a service pack. Hope this clarifies for you and others on this thread.
