There should be some documentation for it there-at least there was when it first came out. It's pretty nice, but, it is CGI which means it's not going to scale that great since it's a .EXE and it's using file messaging.
A better more scalable solution is to use VFP mtdlls with ASP which is fast since it's a multithreaded DLL using COM and ISAPI. You can also do scripting within the page itself with VFP code using the new ExecScript in VFP 7...
