Create an emty file with extension .UDL and double click on it. It will open Microsoft Data link Properties dialog. Fill all the properties for the connection you want to create and close the dialog. Open .UDL file in any text editor and you'll see OLE DB provider connection string with all parameters, including it's name (Provider=VFPOLEDB.1).
