You can also put a scrollbar on a container and scroll it manually. The TASKLIST applet that comes with VFP7 does this - look at the Fields tab of a task (You'll need to add some custom columns to demonstrate it scrolling). The source code comes with VFP, its in home()+"tools\xsource\xsource.zip"
Looks like there's quite a bit of work involved in getting this right, but may be worth it.
