Make your label a field instead and then float this field as well.

Hi All:

I am developing a report, similar to a letter. The body of the letter is captured in a memo field, say mNotes, during data entry. I have placed this field on the report layout and have checked Strech With Overflow, and Float (Field Position).

Below this memo field, I have put in labels e.g.


Sincerely,
Mr.(field continaing the name of the person signing the letter)
Problem: The "Sincerely" part is printing right along with the memo field.

Desired Outcome: Sincerely, should only print after all the contents of the memo field mNotes have been printed.

How do I approach this problem? TIA.***********************
