I just did a bunch of testing with RI, Field Rules and the MM Fwk.
Everything looks quite fine if you do not work with 3-tier-architekture.

MM takes care of RI failure for you and puts up a messagebox...

I didn't find a way how to get the same nice behavior when I use
Executants. There I always just get a message "Another user has changed data, do you want to overwrite" instead of stable RI Errors oder FieldRulevalidation Error.

I then can press yes or no what doesn't really make a differnce, just leads me up to the next Messagebox....

Has anyone got an idea if I do something wrong ?

I tried this with MM7.0 - projmgr. I did just put in a Relation
between Projects and tasks and put up RI for delete to forbit delete when child records (tasks) are present.
