It is not really possible to recommend the "best framework". Most of them are excellent.
Choosing a framework is a very important decision that will affect your programming for a long time. It is not to be taken lightly.

Your choice depends a lot on your needs, your goals and your programming style. You must compare several before you decide. Download their demos and play with them. Check the info here in UT (do a search and look at the FAQs). See Message #643850.
