It's strange. I recently got a new PC and installed everything from scratch including VFP7 and I can see VFP OLE DB provider in the list. Check if you've VFPOLEDB.DLL in the in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB" folder and try to register it using regsvr32.
