Andre,

I had a similar problem in the past. Try swithing network cards it may gave you an interesting result. Check for the latest drivers (Are you using 95B ???)
Double check your NT configuration (Domain, Users ....) I remember i spent sleepless nights... Hope it won't be the same for you. Good Luck
