The purpose of the question is to avoid linking back to the server at each transaction and to create a dedicated file for each user.

For optimization, I have a need to have the style sheet to be processed only once or only when required. So, if I would be able to sent it to a frame and have the other pages to read from it, I wouldn't have to negotiate with it at each transaction.
