This error is defined all over MSDN, but no cause or solution seems to be listed anywhere. The error 1377 is:

"The specified account name is not a member of the local group."

and the error term is:

"ERROR_MEMBER_NOT_IN_ALIAS"

It occurs near the end of logon after NT Windows is open, on almost all NT machines except servers, but appears to do no harm. And all the accounts and groups are in order, or appear to be. Any ideas on this? Also, anyone know what is the ALIAS in this case? That might help to identify it.
