Hello Sunshine (great name)

the config.nt file is the win2000 dos emulator settings it should be c:\winnt\stsyem32\config.nt

the last few lines should say
dos=high, umb
device=%SystemRoot%\system32\himem.sys
files=99

and shouldn't the shortcuts command line say ;
f:\revenue\commer\rstart.exe
and not
f:\revenue\commer\rstart.ext
