Steve,

No, it's definately a mapping issue. When it switches, all my previous commands are in the command window. So I can go up and highlight the '? set("exact")' line, but when I try to type it, I can't because the keys are remapped. It's like everything in VFP is normal, except when I type something.

>>I started getting a weird bug yesterday working in VFP7. After about 5 minutes, some of my keys get remapped for no apparent reason. My 'a' key maps to 'q' and 'q' maps to 'a'. My '?' becomes '_'. Quotes turn into some weird symbol. When this happens, it's only in VFP, when I switch to another app and type, my key mapping is fine. It happens everywhere in VFP, the command window, code window, etc. If I shut down VFP7 and restart it, it runs fine for another 5-10 mins and then the same thing happens. I'm running XP Pro, VFP7 and everything is up to date. I was thinking a possible virus, but the latest Norton definitions show nothing. Thanks.
