Hay varias formas. Por ejemplo tratar de convertir a formato fecha y ver si da error o fecha en blanco.
Si tienes SET STRICDATE To 0|1 lo siguiente es un truco antiguo:
? DTOC(CTOD(MiFecha))
dara en blanco si es invalida.
