we're using CrystalReport 6.0, to install on the customer's PCs we use InstallShield Express2 so I can't say you how to registry the OCX For the point (3) I can say you that the OCX isn't the only file to distribute, there's an help (Runtime File Requeriment, RUNTIME.HLP) that can tell you what you've to distribute with your application second what you doing with the reports.
