They're running their report to their local client printer rather than one available on the Citrix box, right?

You may want to try to pull up and print a representative report as a PDF file to see if that resolves the problem. If it does, you may want to adjust your report printing routine to create a PDF file, then allow the user to print that.

If you have less than a dozen users, you could use Acrobat 5 - but if you have more users you should use a 3rd party PDF tool like Amyuni PDF Creator.
