Quick question on licensing...

A single user license allows me to develop and test on via my development PC and my development server. However, if a customer wants to run an application that I develop using West Wind Connection, they have to purchase their own WWC license(s) for the server(s) they want to run the app on, correct?

Just out of curiousity, how do most independent developers arrange this with their clients? Do you have your own license to develop with, or do you suggest WWC as a solution (if it fits the job obviously) and have them provide you the license?
