Yes, I did. I uninstalled the existing runtime from the client machine, created a new runtime using InstallShield, installed the new runtime on the client machine. I'm very sure that the runtime files on the client machine are correct.

I added a display to the exe to show the version: it shows 07.00.0000.0465. This is the most recent version (SP1), right?
