Why don't you just open the original form and do a File/Save As...?

VFP stores the custom PEM names and comments in Reserved3. The order of the rows in there must match the order of the methods memo. Make sure you work on backup copies because it's easy to render the files unusable in the designers if you mess up any of the fields. And this can be as small an error as having an extra carriage return in a memo.
