I am operating under the impression that the 1st purchase of WebConnection allows you:

a) A license for one developer/one development machine; and
b) A license to deploy on one web server.

Under that scenario you can develop and test on one machine and then deploy to your customer's server under the original purchase. As soon as you deploy on a second server you need extra licences (either developer or runtime).

I hope I am correct here, because that is how I understand it. For me it is sort of a moot point because I am about to buy the 50-license runtime.
