Rich, To go a little further with what Sergey said, this feature is in Office XP and Windows XP. Windows XP allows you to turn it all off or enable/disable a list of programs.
This sends very little "personal" in formation about you or your data, but sends some very valuable information about what was happening at the time directly to the VFP (or other program) team.
Finally, I don't send the errors if I know that I've done something stupid like opening 55 XLS files all at once, but always send the report if it was unexpected. I suspect others do likewise.
