Is there any way to make the process of adding fields to a table that is referenced by a ton of views less excruciating?

The only plan I have at present is to go through every view in the database (there are over 350 of them!) and write down which ones reference the table in question and the update information for each one that does. Then I will add the fields and go through each view on the list to reinstate the previous update status.

Yuck! Are there any better ways to do this?

(I use Visual Foxpro 6.0.)
