We have a customer in Honolulu who would like to develop a custom application for tracking a large fleet of vehicles. It's a pretty straightforward database app, and they want to use hand-held batch-mode scanners to track activity by scanning some bar codes. We could help them from here in Washington, but ideally they would like to find a local developer/consultant to work with so that they don't have to incur travel expenses for every time there's a need for on-site training and support.
