Anyone know how to print out HTML in landscape? There is a style sheet declaration, "size: landscape", but the browser control/IE totally ignore it (and MS seems to admit as much on their website, meaning they are not compliant with the CSS2 standard). The knowledge base talks about a way to do it in C++, but I ain't going there.

Is there some simple way to do it?
