Hi David,
As long as your willing to try and help :)
No TaskScheduler set up. Client doesn't even know how to turn the computer on, so he definitely didn't set up anything that didn't come already set up when he bought it.
No virus software running. He's not hooked up to the internet, and I'm the only one that ever puts anything on the computer.
