I have same problem with windows xp prof with a epson fx1170.
The problem of top form i solve editing the report in windows xp and select printer setup, after that top form is correct.
The problem with the font, i can't solve it, i only modify my report to a font "arial" that makes a print more quickly than others, but slowly than draft mode i use in windows 95/98.
