I want to thank you for your assistance. While trying to determine my version of MSDN, I decided to go back and read some of the initial documentation (importantly the README files) and determined my problem. I found where Microsoft recommends on "dual-boot" systems to install VFP in each OS. When I upgraded to Windows 2000, I decided to leave my Win 98 in place a make it a Dual-Boot. Well I followed the general popular advice and re-installed all of my apps over themselves to conserver disk space. (Not good for VFP and a few others, I'm learning.) Well to make a long story short, I completely uninstalled VFP on both OS's and reinstalled it on my Win 2000 only. Everything is working fine now! Thanks again. And oh, the MSDN is 1998 the one I received with my product. It's working perfectly now.
