I've done this by going to the registry editor:

1) Open the editor, and look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxpro\5.0
2) From the Registry menu, select Export
3) Choose a name for a file to save
4) Uninstall fox, and reinstall with Visual Studio
5) Execute the .REG file that you exported, and you should be all set (Field mappings and all)
