No. It's an optional component of Win98, but has to be installed on Win95. The series of articles that Ed Rauh and I wrote for the VFUG newsletter covers this subject in the first article (Sept. 2000). All of the series is available at the site: www.vfug.org.

Optionally you could use my Windows File Names class that's in the download section. Usage would be
SET PROCEDURE TO WinFiles ADDITIVE
oFiles = CREATEOBJECT("WinFiles")
? oFiles.FindFile("C:\My Folder") && Note: no trailing backslash.
? oFile.DTCreate
