It's a huge list, but the mail rules and blocked senders have worked great for me both in Outlook and Outlook Express. I also block by
domainname. I check/read my mail using a webmail interface provided by Earthlink. I delete the mail there before downloading and the html based email never sets a cookie or tracks me on their website.
The wonderful thing about using a second mail address from your provider is that if you never check the mail on that account, soon your mailbox will be full, and new mail will bounce. Just like putting 'not at this address' on snail spam.
